SUMMARY: M&E Design and Coordination of new flagship store

CLIENT: Smythson

ARCHITECT: Waldo Works Studio Ltd

Freeman Beesley were appointed to provide full mechanical and electrical design and coordination.

Designs were influenced by the listed status of the building, which included the original ceilings. The air conditioning solution consisted of units located in the basement below with ductwork connected within the shop joinery units.
