Freeman Beesley have been providing the full range of Building Services expertise since forming in 1998.
We are fully accredited members of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) and the Association of Consulting Engineers (ACE) and are members of the CIBSE register of Low Carbon Consultants/Low Carbon Energy Assessors.
We work in all sectors of the industry throughout the UK and Europe.
We have completed hundreds of projects over the years and are well versed in the processes and good communication necessary to develop the brief with the Client and then translate this into a completed design.

Engineering Approach and Sustainable Design
All projects have their own unique challenges and our engineering solutions take account of the varying requirements of budget, energy consumption and easy maintenance.
Sustainability and, in particular, energy efficiency are an integral part of our role and play a major part in influencing the overall building design.
Current statutory legislation and planning conditions now include sustainability and energy efficiency targets. Most projects these days include low carbon and renewable technology solutions such as heat pumps, CHP, solar-thermal panels and/or photo-voltaic panels.
Our approach for all projects generally is to achieve the most energy efficient system design within the given constraints, whilst at the same time making sure that the design solutions are suitable for the intended building occupants.
