SUMMARY: New Facilities At Existing School Site

Freeman Beesley provided full design services for a new kitchen, dining and classroom block at the existing Eaton House, The Manor School Site in London.

Works involved the construction of a large basement to house the dining and kitchen areas. The ground floor houses Science and Design & Technology spaces, plus Nursery classrooms.

The design team collaborated within a BIM project framework and all design information was produced in 3D using Revit software.

This project achieved a BREEAM New Construction 2014 rating of Excellent.
