The project involved the extension and refurbishment of the listed and ramshackle farmhouse building into a state of the art multi-functional life skills centre for young adults with severe disabilities.
The new building contains a gymnasium and spa, IT suite, art room, cooking and domestic skills laboratory, meeting and admin rooms, visitor overnight accommodation and a café.
Externally there is a communal courtyard, entrance driveway and drop off zones.
